Château Sablet is situated in the village of Bieujac in the Entre-deux-Mers area of Bordeaux. The Chaloupin family have owned the Château for several generations and continually strive to make better wines each vintage. Château de Sablet is a 50 acre estate with sandy clay soil and sub soil of small stones. It is planted with 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon with an average age of 30 years.
