Triozzi Vermouth & Marsala

Triozzi Vermouth and Marsala are classic Italian specialties produced by the Sperone family with careful attention to the important traditions which make these wine styles among the world’s most unique.

Triozzi is produced using a secret recipe developed in 1880 by Bernardino Martini, the company’s, founder.  This complicated multi-step process infuses white wine (Trebbiano) with an intricate blend of herbs, spices, sweeteners, and grape spirits.  The classic label was designed by Antonio Sperone’s grandmother in 1900 and depicts the family’s estate at the time.

The Marsala is also the result of an intensive production process by which fresh and cooked grape must, wine, and grape spirit are blended and aged in old oak casks for a year.
