The grapes for La Legendé de Beauvert are grown primarily on the hillsides and terraces in the village of St. Victor la Coste where the soil is composed of limestone and river rocks. In comparison to the more austere wines from the left bank of the Rhône, wines from this area are known for their softness, body, and aromatic profile. Bastide de Beauvert is a clean and pretty expression of Grenache and Syrah (70/30).
